What we collect

Information you submit. When you request service or contact us through a form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, facility location, and a description of your request.

Usage data. Google Analytics 4 records how visitors use the site, including pages viewed, time on page, the site that referred you, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

We do not collect sensitive data as defined by Texas law, such as precise geolocation, health information, or biometric data. The site is built for commercial and industrial facility contacts and is not directed to children under 13.

How we use it

• Follow up on an existing service relationship

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage the business relationship, and longer where the law requires it. Google Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you the right to:

• Confirm whether we process your personal data and access it
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you
• Get a copy of your personal data in a portable format
• Opt out of the sale of personal data, targeted advertising, and profiling. We do none of these.

We will not discriminate against you for using any of these rights.

We may ask for information to verify your identity. We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you why within those 45 days and may extend by up to 45 more.

How to appeal

If we decline your request, you can appeal by emailing marketing@kilgoreind.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will reply in writing with our decision and the reasons for it. If we deny your appeal, you can file a complaint with the Texas Attorney General.
